"After visiting 2 other dealers we had almost given up dealing with the "game". After a single visit to RV Outlet Mall in the early morning we changed our mind. Justin was very helpful in allowing us to decide what was right for our family. We never felt steered or pressured. In fact, Justin was a big part of our decision to purchase the RV the very same day. He was patient and gave us advice that was relevant to OUR family not any sales gimics. We brought our 2 kids back that afternoon and he treated them as the check writers. Great job and I still can't believe that was as painless as the process was. Our walk through with Chad in service was so comfortable and unrushed that even my wife felt very confident on our first trip. "It was very nice but it was Sunday when we went so we couldn't really do much but look and wish we could afford one of those beautiful campers. We really like the pop-ups, the one with the extra storage on the front.
